Asked for two very loose bolts to be tightened on my driver side step during my service appointment. These have been loose since purchase but waited until service to tighten. They take a special torch socket that I do not have. The loose bolts have caused me to lose my balance a couple times during entry and exit. Service rep assured me that they would be corrected. Nothing was done.

Parts on backorder told no idea when available $70,000 truck with 5,000 miles trip in a week, reservations made in January, wife very unhappy. I called other local dealerships found parts At 3 dealers within 50 miles. Everett should have done this to keep me customer happy

Satisfied with the timely manner of meeting my wife’s needs for alternative transportation and he was friendly. The poor experience came when the lady that answered the phone for service was rude and wouldn’t try to help answer and questions about the repair. The only reason my wife was even calling was because it was a week and didn’t get a status update. We have always been satisfied with the dealership sales side after 3 vehicles in 3 years but really first time with service
