Took for service on Saturday and spent a couple of hours installing the door handle. Then went out to the car and the handle was not painted correctly. So dub set us up with a appointment and stated the car would be detailed and put gas in it for the inconvenience since we traveled and we had took time off work to get it fixed. Then when I picked up the car today no detail no gas. Dub himself was super nice. No big deal, but I have took off work three times now because we live in hot springs and my day off of work is Sunday. So Saturday to get it fixed, Tuesday to drop it off and wait 30 minutes for a rental car and then today to pick my car up.

I was told the last time I bought my truck in the dash was fixed. Which after retrieving my truck service manager Brian and a service technician looked at my dash and said no it’s not been fixed. I called to make an appointment on Friday the 19th for Tuesday. Asked for Brian and he was on vacation and explained my situation. The appointment was made. When I got my truck yesterday the dash was not fixed. Went I and visited with Seth and he explained to me it was fixed the previous time and the part was not available and had to be ordered and needed to bring my truck in within the month or the part would be off the shelf. I said I live 3 hours away go ahead and let it fall off the shelf and I left. Sorry I love Everett GMC and have traded vehicles with Everett the last 5 years.
