DANNY was a real professional and gave extra effort to ensure my vehicle issues were resolved &/or documented. I just purchased last Thursday and service engine light came-on this past weekend. I was highly disappointed and very displeased! I live at Cabot and had to find a point to take off work for vehicle shuffle back to service. I explained to DANNY that we were late finalizing vehicle purchase and believe not enough time was allowed to complete all prep work. I take partial blame for allowing rush and should have called a halt to allow dealer or new vehicle to be road ready. In short, I have minor follow-up that needs to be scheduled for my new vehicle but good with back-up documentation in-place. I will definitely request DANNY’s assistance for when I can schedule my next visit. This is the 4th vehicle purchased or trade-up with Everett. At this time, I have no intensions to go anywhere else. If I had to rate Danny’s customer service on a scale 1-10 -> it would 10+. Thank you for allowing customer comments (I will be interested to see if this generates any other follow-up)! Don Woods

I was sent a letter in April about a defective vacuum pump. I was unable to come until this week to have it replaced. I was told I would have to pay for it because my truck had 83k miles which is over the 72k miles limit on the letter. I do a lot of of driving and I already had over 72k miles before a got the letter? I thought GMC would still honor the replacement. I couldn’t have met the miles requirement but I’m certainly within the six years! Not fair!
