When I arrived I stated that my truck was due for an oil change and possibly other maintenance items. I wasn't sure what was due. I was not advised of anything until after the oil change was complete. I was advised that the transmission was recommend to be servicEd B

The vehicle was ready for almost 20 minutes before I finally asked for the status. I wonder how long I would have had to wait if I didn’t finally ask.

Understand you were busy, however it did take 3 +hours to remove a nail and patch a tire! If I had known, it would take the amount of time I would (could) have gone to a regular tire shop!

Very courteous staff, washed my car with an oil change, tire rotation, and break inspection!

On my first stop I was told there would be a long wait. I decided to come back later. On my second stop they got it right in and was done in less than a half hour. They were friendly and upfront with information.

From start to finish, this has been the best experience I’ve had with a car dealership. You guys have earned a customer for life.

Appreciate Matt squeezing us in on our service. We drove in from Searcy and upon arrival found the dealership was swamped in the service area. We hadn’t realized we might should have made an appointment. We were told it could be up to 3 hrs before we could get serviced. Matt , realizing we traveled as far as we did worked us in so we wouldn’t have to make a return trip. Outstanding and unexpected service , we really felt like a valued customer. Great service advisor!

We waited over two hours for an accessory to be installed. After finally wondering what was taking so long I had to go to the service rep and ask him to get a status on the installation. He later came out and said it was taking longer than anticipated and it was going to take hours longer to complete. I was then offered a loaner car since he said it would be in the morning before it would probably be completed and ready. I believe if they were having problems installing the phone charger, I should have been told earlier about it rather than two hours later and only after I went back to the service department to inquire what was taking so long. We live in Jacksonville and traveled 40 miles for the appointment. After we arrived back home I received a call that my car was ready. I wasn’t told what caused the difficulty from Cory when he called me. It was only after he said it was ready that I asked him what caused the long delay. He should have explained it to me immediately when he called me about my car being ready without me asking. My first experience with Everett GMC service department was very disappointing to say the least. So tomorrow we have to drive 40 miles one way again to pick up my car. It will be 80 miles round trip and we work so it was not something we had scheduled for not just one day but now two days. When the technician knew he had never installed this type of accessory he should have let the rep know so we could have received a loaner car earlier and at least been able to not sit and wait without any answers.

Everyone in the service department were very nice and accommodating! I feel like they bent over backwards to take care of any issues!
