Couple things that make me really question your service.
1. Came for an oil light issue... was told I had a "Major" leak and a bad oil pump....ok... pump I get, buy I question the gasket repair. I have no oil on my parking pad... so was there really a major leak? Also, I had several gaskets repaired two years ago... why didn't you address this one at that time? The car was dr8ven less that 15000 miles since that repair.
2. Just had a different car there A week ago... a Nissan Altima that wouldn't start. Was told it was a bad key. Was then told a replacement key would be $300. Perks locksmith did it for $65. WOW....

When I arrived my air tire pressure was low due to a small air leak which Everrett was not able to fix. That was ok but my air pressure in all my tires should have been checked and adjusted as part of my routine maintenance.
