When I was in there to get my 2500hd diesel serviced I thought the def fluid was to be topped off. I went on my trip and started driving down the road and my light came one to tell me I had 25% left. My mileage was 18005 when I got this. I was just wondering if y’all still top this off or did y’all stop doing it

I was very pleased with Matt and the service I received today. He even brought to my attention a daylight running light that was out and offered to take care of it, but I have the bulb and will try to do it myself. Most of the time the wait to get an oil change is good. This time we waited 2 hours and our car was sitting in the bay with its flashers on the entire time. I asked our service tech about it and he was not sure why it was taking so long. He went and ask and they immediately took it to a bay and it was done in a few minutes. Not sure why it took so long. However, we will always be Everette fans. Clark Crone is our sales guy and he helped pass the time with us. We have bought a lot of cars from Everette and will continue to do so.
