I brought my car in on a Monday morning with what I suspected was a dead battery. I requested an update that same day around noon. Understandably, they hadn’t gotten around to my car as the dealership was busy. It was a few days before someone was able to even do diagnostics on my vehicle. I was promised answers/to be contacted that Friday and never heard back. So I called and unfortunately felt that I was given the excuse that rodents had damaged some wires. I went in on Saturday to request further information as to when I would receive my car back (I was renting a car at this point so I could get to and from work). The manager, Mike, was very nice and understanding. Again, I was promised to be called by noon on Monday. Did I receive a call of any sort? Nope. At this point I’m feeling let down as I truly trusted that I would hear back. I call them (which by the way, the workers are next to impossible to reach, always get their voicemails) and am told they have yet to figure it out and are “still working on it”. Tuesday (over a week since I’ve dropped my car off at this point) rolls around and I hear that they have figured out the problem; it was the second battery in the car and they’d have the new batteries put in that night and attempt to start the car up the next morning so I could come by during my lunch at work to get the car. Again, the workers promised to call Wednesday morning to let me know if the car started so I could come pick it up. Wednesday morning - and no car or communication (I honestly wasn’t surprised at this point). I head to the dealership to pick up my car and would you know it… THEY HADNT EVEN PUT THE BATTERIES BACK IN MY CAR AS THEY SAID THE TECHNICIAN WOULD THE PREVIOUS NIGHT. So now I’ve wasted my lunch hour, and gas in the rental car for nothing. This isn’t even the most frustrating part. The way I was greeted by the manager, Mike, was completely unprofessional and I felt as though I were an unwelcome presence as he said, “Sorry, but it’s not going to be ready today.” That was it. He was very short with me and his tone was rude. I understand he was was under immense pressure, but that is no way to treat a client. Especially as a manager. Not to mention, my case manager, John made me feel no better either. They both acted annoyed with me. Thankfully, the Director, Todd came over and helped to smooth things over. He made sure someone immediately grabbed the necessary parts to begin assembling the batteries back into place. Unfortunately, I had already wasted half of my lunch hour and wouldn’t have time to wait. So there’s another day of paying for a rental car (because I was never given a loaner vehicle from the dealership). My frustration stems from the fact that the communication between client and service member was extremely horrible. And the fact that I was promised a call or an update by “x” time on “x” day but these people never followed through on their word. Thankfully, I have my car back (only 10 days after initially dropping it off). The dealership covered the costs of the services which was a benefit, however, considering I paid for 10 days of a rental car, it was a complete wash. I understand this dealership was understaffed but had a high demand for services, but you always have to keep in mind when you’re in a service industry, the way you treat a client goes a very long way. I felt this experience was perhaps one of the worst guest experiences I have personally witnessed and experienced firsthand. I really hope something changes for future guests, because I do not plan to bring my car back should it need further services.

I had an appointment for 1:30pm for an oil change, which they could not find in their system. I had an email confirmation so they did service my Jeep but it took 3 hrs. I didn’t leave the dealership until 4:30pm. I was happy to get my oil change but they should have informed me it was going g to be 3 hrs.
