He was very effecient and understood my need. I had been in tuesday and made an apt for friday. when i called. Friday morning to confirm it appeared it had not been scheduled and without skipping a beat Gene got me right in.
He explained the terminology of so i had a better understanding of the work that was needed to be done- Ultimatly easing my skepticism.
