Very poor customer service. Lug nut was missing from vehicle and when I reached out to the dealer they asked me to leave my contact info but failed to reach out to me after two hours of waiting. I repeatedly stated that I only have one day a week to handle this issue. I drove back to the place to see the service attendant Adrian Baca sitting at his desk. I asked if he had my information and he stated yes, offering no explanations or apologies as to why I haven’t heard back. My lug nut was replaced unfortunately not with the same nut that came with my car. Very disappointed, would not recommend.

I plan on using Grapevine Ford again, returning after an absence of car care elsewhere for my three Ford vehicles. All technicians at Ford Dealerships are trained. All Ford Dealerships can perform maintenance and repair a vehicle. What makes the difference for a customer? Pete Roshell is probably the number one reason I am returning.
