The radiator was replaced and I picked up the car with a recommendation to replace the radiator hoses, thermostat and serpentine belt before the summer season. I think I should have had a call to suggest the work be done when the hoses were already off to replace the radiator. I was under the impression the hoses were done when I picked it up until I read the invoice when I was home.
The car was nice and clean and everything else seems fine.

John was very nice. He told me my truck would be ready in about 2 hours and he was right on time. Even after the work was all done, I requested a change in the tire pressure. John took care of my request himself. He actually cared about making sure I was totally happy with my truck service experience. Many years ago, I owned an excavating company in Ohio. My employees who actually liked their job and treated our customers like family, were the most valuable. John is definitely one of your most valuable employees. Employees will be loyal and go beyond what is expected if you acknowledge their value to your company.

Heath was fine. Keeping someone’s car a month and 90% of items were not duplicated or nothing we can do to change it…..is totally ridiculous. Lincoln’s leather seat installation is a joke to expect the technician to just ‘tuck in raw edges’ and expect it to stay? Joke!!
