From the moment he pulled into Nissan the customer service was great. Jacob was amazing. Throughout this whole experience which has been frustrating due to my car being purchased two days prior to my Nissan visit, Jacob has been professional, gracious and he communicated with me perfectly about my vehicle. He was on point with his contact with the warranty company and keeping me updated on all of the exchanges with regards to my vehicle. The truck was a new purchase. I finished the purchase late Thursday, so has to bring it back Friday for maintenance and to be detailed. I was at the dealership for over 3 hours (which was fine, and expected), but when I got the truck, the detailing was extremely poor. They did not wash the roof and it was visibly still dirty. They did not clear around the edges, or the running boards. Had I not needed to get to an appointment, I would have forced them to redo it. If I was the service manager, I would be embarrassed about sending a new vehicle out like they did.
