I was disappointed in how long it took to get my car serviced. I dropped the car off at 8:00 and was told it would take 1-1.5 hours for an oil change. I was waiting at the dealership and had an appointment to get to later that morning. After three hours of waiting and no response to my text messages, I went to the associate’s office personally to inquire about the car. He rushed to get it finished at that point but they had to forego the wash and extra services (changing air filter) so that I could leave and get to my appointment on time. All in all, it was 3 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change, which seems excessive. And if I had known that it would take so long, I would not have stayed and waited….

I brought the car in 10 minutes before my 10 am appointment . Was told that it was going to be 2 to 3 hours. Seems excessive for an oil change and rotation but at least I knew. 3 hours went by and did not have my vehicle so that’s when I had enough. Either you are scheduling too many vehicles for the help you have or you need to be upfront that an oil change is going to be an all day affair. I don’t know many people that have a half or a whole day to give up just to get their oil changed. Hopefully I don’t have to return to your service center again.

I have an issue with the exaust manifold, it makes a "clicking" sound on start-up. Had it in for service 15K ago, said it was fixed? Aparrently, only fixed ONE side, now the other side is doing it, and would not warranty, since I have 75K on the motor. WHY DID YOU NOT FIX BOTH SIDES WHEN I HAD IT IN THE FIRST TIME? Disappointed..........
