I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were unable to do the tire rotation because it is a VMI handicap conversion. They said a lift was broken and there was only one lift in the entire place that could lift my van. Does this mean in the future there is only one lift in the entire dealership that can lift my vehicle up, I find this hard to believe? It seems the lifts lift from the frame which should have nothing to do with a conversion.
