I was largely very satisfied. My representative (Alfredo) was incredibly kind, personable, and helpful. The techs didn’t find extra work to do, even when I asked about specific things. The only reason I said no was the pricing. I’ve been taking my car exclusively to Ford dealerships (4 of them prior to this) for the last ten years and was charged twice as much here as I typically am for the same service. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my experience.
