No service provide. After years of waiting for airbag recall parts, you sent me card that part was in 11/2021. It had been so long that I had no idea what it was. Jennifer helped me find answers and set up appt to install on 1/11/22 Called to confirm week of 5th jan, no problem. Dropped car off tell service folks in for long awaited air bag replacement. Should be done by 2. Called at 12 to see status...there were no parts....have to order them. I took a day off to have this recall done. My time is as valuable as your. Jeff G

Why allow customers to make appointments if you can't honor them? You guys were just desperate to take my vehicle hostage for several days. That doesn't work for anyone. The dealer experience is already awful, why make it worse by being dishonest? Likely won't be back again
