Mr McBride was a great help to me! I can't thank him enough for getting my vehicle in and out of service so quickly. Not to mention the excellent shuttle service to and from work. I was actually dreading going in to have my car serviced. I must admit that Ford of Grapevine won my heart! I normally take my car to Carrollton. Well not anymore! I've found a new home!! I thank everyone that was involved with getting this issue resolved today. Professionalism and cream of the crops! I will be back soon!
