Service advisor was great but when I pulled into dealership there were 10 cars in the service lane and had no where to park. Service time was above expectations but I considered leaving due to service lane back up.

Everything went great. Anthony dd a fine job. My only concern is that I made the very first appointment in the AM and planned on waiting for my oil change and tire rotation. As I was checking in I was told the wait was going to be between 2 and 2.5 hours. Not sure why. You graciously provided a ride back to my home but I would be hard pressed to use you for minor service once my complimentary service expires if the wait is always going to be that long for oil changes etc.
