The communication was terrible. I couldn’t reach anyone in the service department last Friday or Saturday morning. I had to drive to the service department just to talk with someone because I was never notified my truck would be held up in your shop for the weekend. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership.

Gene was the best service person I've ever worked with. I brought my car in on a Thursday night and it was done by Friday night. I had taken it to another Chevrolet dealer a couple times with the same issue that I was smelling antifreeze and they told me there was nothing wrong. So I was ecstatic when I found out that it was the radiator and they changed it out and I am very satisfied. Gene took care of the rental car as I got to Midway at around 4:30 p.m. and I was driving out of the rental car lot around 5:15. Thank you very much, I appreciate everything you did. LISA W
