Tony is great, your charges **** big time. Sine 2016 I have spent $19,000 repairing my car. The 350z has a lot of issues, and I am surprised Nissan has not recalled a lot of their failures in manufacturing. For example, I spend $1300 trying to get my back gate fixed. It couldn’t be fixed properly because you did have the parts. Both of my windows stopped working, I had one of them fixed. Very frustrating. Maybe you should consult with your headquarters and decide maybe some people should get a break for having bought a Nissan 350 Z.

Jody McPhail has been great throughout the process of getting the panoramic sunroof repaired/replaced on my 2016 Ford F150 King Ranch. He professionalism and desire to provide the best service possible is excellent. My problem was with the fact that there was a failure with the sunroof in the first place. I had greater expectations of higher quality workmanship. In addition to the first repair I needed to bring the vehicle back for a total of four visits to include two sunroof replacements within the period of a few months. In my opinion that is a **** to the consumer and an issue that should be investigated and remedied. Please contact me if you care to discuss this further.
