No need for a phone call. All your records shows the difference. I just feel that I was not listened to. When I made the appointment the young lady even looked up my account. This shows its my last free oil change. I told the young lady, I'd like the same as last time. I mentioned I even paid about 40 dollars extra. She made the appointment and then I showed up at the dealership. Beau seems like he knows his stuff, because he sounded like a tape recorder, of blah blah, oil changes start AR 89.99 then go up with extras. Again, I repeated I'd like the same as last time. OK, he said as he continued to talk. I also mentioned it's been 6 months for my clear coat and if they didn't have time for that I can come back. Then he took me inside the booth to finally look up my account. He said, yes, I see. This will be covered then. I stated the third time, I'd like what I had last time, I even paid a little out of pocket. He said OK. The in between of me getting a lyft back and fourth was great. He called me to come back to get the car. He didn't listen since he said my car was ready with me owing zero. There was still a couple specks on my car if the clear coat was put on. Just not what I expected at all. He had an easy chance to up sale and didn't even try. Then did the opposite anyways. Maybe he was just going too fast. Including my arrival. Thank you.
