Jorge H knew that I needed my vehicle back by 3pm to get to an appointment. I tried replying to the text message I received to see if my car was done with no answer. Then called and left him a message and got no reply. Finally just showed up and found out he was at lunch. His office mate was kind enough to apologize for him and get my car. The person that brought it up told him it was parked in the back lot. And, my washer fluid issue was not addressed and I have still yet to receive a call from Jorge to tell me if anything wrong was discovered.
