Mr.Doyon was the Most Courteous person that I've met at a service dealership in years. He took the time to explain what was found during the service visit. We had told him that we were full time rvers, and he remembered that and took action on the tire rotation that might of left us stranded. Great all around customer service by him.

It is hard to say it was exceptional when it took 2 hours for a simple oil change. I know they rotated my tires and washed the vehicle. I was pleased with that but i would have been more pleased if they asked me if i wanted my car back in a normal time frame without it. The staff i delt with was very curtious it is just a time factor

I was very excited about having my truck detailed and was told that my truck would look like it was brand new and I would be wowed!! When I got it back six hours later I was very disappointed. There was a ring where I had set a cup on top of my Tonneau cover and the ring was still there and the tonneau cover was filthy. I was told that the bed of the truck would be washed out and it wasn’t even touched and the top of the truck wasn’t even touched. I returned the following day showed the truck to Jose **** he took pictures of everything and said that it was unacceptable that Chevy doesn’t do business that way. He expressed they strive to make all their customers happy and unfortunately I am not happy. With that being said the inside and under the hood was done very well! Thank you
