Andrew my service writer did a great job. He kept me informed along the way. My issue is I had a 9:00 AM appointment to have the oil & filter changed; rotate tires; and first state inspection.
My car was not ready until 11:15 or later. If one has an appointment with your Quick service side the above items should not take 135+ minutes to complete.
