The customer service was great, but the frustration came when I was 20 minutes early for my appointment and I still had to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. One of the conveniences of scheduling an appointment is to not have to wait so long. I had to ask how much longer I had to wait for my Service to be completed which John said he was getting my paper work ready and 20 minutes later I was still waiting on my paper work. Very disappointed.

The mechanic reported that my transmission fluid was dirty, despite the fact they flushed it a month or so prior. They reported my brakes needed to be changed, despite pen boys doing it less than. 6 months ago. They reported my coolant as diluted. I’ve never added water as be claimed I did. I had a supervisor look at it and claims his mechanic was wrong and he will be yelled at. I only went for the free oil change from my last visit, however I will never go back.

Price for the oil change is more than at other dealerships. Also at other dealerships, tire rotations are included in the cost of the oil change. I am accustomed to paying under $60.00 for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation.
