Shielah was my service rep and she was excellent! She was very friendly and explained everything that was going to happen and during repairs she sought me out to bring me up to date on status and time frame. When repairs were completed she walked me through the payment process and took me to my car and again asked if there were any questions. I would certainly recommend her to anyone for repairs and will seek her out if any further work is needed.

I want to start by saying John J Kelly is an extremely competent employee and I had no problems with him, in fact I think he’s highly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. However, the service manager I spoke to, Dragan (I believe is how it’s spelt although a I could be wrong) seemed to dodge all mine and my father’s questions about the validity and accuracy of the pre-sale inspection on my Jeep. When I bought the vehicle I was told it had been inspected and all faults addressed, and the report of the inspection says the same thing. However when I came to turn my Jeep over to your service team after owning my Jeep for less then 3 months (admittedly with an additionally 5000 miles on it) I was told almost every gasket and seal needed replacing. My father had asked to speak to someone higher then the service manager but was never contacted. All I was offered were discounts, which is polite since the total was over 3000 dollars worth of parts and maintenance hours, however what I wanted was a clear conversation with someone other then John who would answer my questions. The management disappointed me, luckily your employee is a stellar worker. Sincerely, Specialist Henry D
