Your service team did a great job as always. I am however very upset that I am paying a $400 a month payment for glitchy new car. My cruise control and transmission work and shift better on my 2006 Dodge Dakota. I don't have a preference toward Dodge either. I was raised a Chevy guy and have owned several. I would recommend your service department all day long. I will however not be giving a positive experience about opening my Malibu. I will not tell anyone they should buy one.

Jonathan went above and beyond helping me out to figure out the warranty on my car to get my tire fix. It was my first time dealing with this type of things, I usually just do maintenance. He handled and made everything easy for me. He was accommodating and very helpful from the start. When I needed to get going for I needed to get to work at certain time, he immediately figured out how quickly the job will be done ASAP.
