I didn't get the service I walked away because the service representative refused to get me a shuttle or uber home until completing my service.I explained to him that the last time I got a oil change here you provided me a uber. But he didn't believe me as a result you lost a customer today I went to jiffy lube

Very much so. The young man that greeted me was personable and knowledgeable as well. I needed new wiper blades, he explained to complete the inspection. I had them added on with my oil chamge, tire rotation and inspection

Your “Quick Lane” needs to be renamed or you need to look at how it is being used. Tried several times to bring the car in only to be told it could take 2.5 hours or longer to change the oil. Only when I show up at about 7 am can I get the job done in about an hour or less.
Trying to be a loyal customer but the local oil change places are sometimes easier than dealing with your “Quick Lane”
