I have left car at 9:00 my apt was at 10:30 on Saturday. I have not heard from my adviser till I called at 16:40. But talked to someone else. He immediately called me back saying that he just got an update from a mechanic. Such a coincident. I. Any case, other adviser were calling me every 2-4 hrs to provide an update if there was a delay or so.
Other thing I would like to mention is that I have 2 services due to bad part and got replacement with OEM. However, those broke because of the Lyft kit I have, therefor, a new OEM will get bad again sonar or later. Those guys knew about and still make me to follow their advise. Disappointed.

Jorge was awesome. Just wish someone would have went over the multi point inspection over the phone with me as I didn’t see it attached to my invoice. I would have also like to have the door fixed like we discussed. I know it was a Saturday apt. But my expectations on the work performed were higher. The complementary car was is a nice touch but I honestly think it just swirled the dirt around a little attention to detail makes a big difference. Overall great facility

I went in for an AC problem it should've been tested first to see what was wrong instead I spent $340 and drove away with the hot car now I'm told I need to spend another 997 on the compressor this is a 2014 Chevy Cruz why is the compressor already going out and why did I spent $340 on a $24 part and $300 in labor to find out that that was not the problem blown valve but rather a compressor I'm very dissatisfied
