When I dropped off my truck for service, I was not initially told that it would be DAYS until it would even be inspected. I understand they were down a tech and there was a recall, but I would have taken my vehicle somewhere else right away if I had know how long it would have taken.

I made an appt over a week in advance to have recalled airbags replaced. I made arrangements to drop off the car get a ride home and a ride back once the work was complete. I dropped off the car at the scheduled appt time and was called three hours later and told you all were out of the necessary parts. I came in and John said he would contact me within the week when the parts come in. It has been a week and half and no call. My wife started back to school so I do not have a ride next time I bring in the car so lucky me I get to sit and wait. So no I am not satisfied with the service I have received so far. By the way I bought the Jeep from you all.
