I have purchased 2 jeeps at Airpark, both great sales experiences. Last week my jeep had an engine issue, while I was in phoenix (1.5 hours from home) Charlie went above and beyond to help me, he was able to get my jeep fixed within a couple hours, and I got to drive my own vehicle home instead of a rental. Often times women get unsympathetic service staff, Charlie was very kind and patient! I would highly recommend Airpark Dodge!!

I love Sheilah. She is knowledgeable, polite and attentive to her clients. She greets with a smile. She also has helped me with after market parts information and installation. My Durango is in good hands with her.

Excellwnt service

I made an appointment for to have an oil change, time 8:15 am. I was on time n didn't get my car back until 12 noon. That was excessive n caused me to miss another critical appointment at 11.

Outstanding service! I am requesting that she be assigned as my regular service representative.

I have nothing else to say but 5 star service all the way!!. Eric Adamson was very helpful, honest, he even drag me to the service station while the car was up to show that all the parts was in good condition. Thanks all.

As much as I do like Jason, quite frankly the service was horrible. 2 of the things I brought my vehicle in for were not directed and 1 line item was completely forgotten. I we told my rattling speaker was due to an amplifier being installed and I have no amplifier. It was a stand alone sub woofer. I was told my soft top was adjusted and I firmly believe nothing was actually done as the tension cable on the passenger side is still grossly loose. The Zactek coating we completely forgotten and I received the vehicle back dirty. This was all compounded when the lot tender brought the jeep up to me and said he found a AAA battery in the floor well. This was from the door lights that project down on the ground being kicked and broken. These were installed as a gift from my son. So, as I had said earlier, Jason is a very nice guy, but being in the service industry myself, the effort, quality assurance and the leadership to insure everything is completed well just doesn't happen with Airpark Service. I had a brand new Power Wagon prior to the Jeep and experienced similar type quality of service. Just doesn't stack up to other vehicle competitors. As an ex Audi S4 owner prior to the PW and the Jeep there is no comparison. And really in my opinion, it has nothing to do with the branding. I do hate complaining and tend to always give service personnel the benefit of the doubt. In this case, with a top of the line jeep and only 5k miles on it, I just can't stay quite. I do appreciate a means to share my experience. Todd S

Jody made a stressful day extremely calming. This was my first time visiting Ford in Grapevine, since the location was less than 10 minutes from my office. With no appointment scheduled at 10 am,, I was able to drop my vehicle off with Jody, a shuttle was ready to drive me back to my office, as the Service Department checked my battery. Shortly before 3 pm, Jody called me with an update and also reminded me of other milestone I needed to be made aware of as it related to maintenance. I’m truly grateful for the customer service that exceeded my expectations.
