I Brought my vehicle in because I had a Brake warning light that came on ehile enroutefrom Denver to Phoenix. After your service department had a chance to diagnose my issue they recommended over $4000 with the repairs .. most were for other services that were not related to the brake warning light . What is most interesting is that the car had been in for maintenance at a dealership here in Denver and had had a 28 point inspection done and the only thing that came out of that inspection was to watch my rear brake pads and at night and cabin air filter was probably ready to be replaced . I chose not to have the service done at Airpark and Ann that driving the vehicle home to Denver without any other for their mishaps and I’m now having further diagnostics completed here in Denver . The brake warning lights I believe we have diagnosed correctly and it was due to the parkIng brake was not fully disengaging and eventually triggers the brake sensor. That is an extreme difference from the Master cylinder failure and the Leakage into the booster repair for an estimate of over $1300 by Airpark. I lost a lot of faith in Airpark and so thankful I did not allow so many unnecessary repairs to be done. I even feel the $145 diagnostic fee was a rip off as well Because no one has been able to tell me how they have concluded that those repairs were really necessary .

I’m happy with the service on the recall. I’m very suspicious of the results of the complimentary service inspection which recommended an oil change, air filter change and several other services which I had recently completed. An oil change and air filter replacement was recommended for which I had just had done from another shop less than 700 miles (about 3 weeks previous) ago. Supposedly the oil and air filter were dirty in less than 700 miles. By the way, it’s full synthetic oil. Makes me wonder why Grapevine Ford tried to get me to purchase services I didn’t need.

However, I didn’t appreciate the BS text about there being 14 other issues that needed to be addressed immediately. I just spent a ton of money at a place I trust to fix a bunch of things. This is why I will never service my car at your dealership a part from recall issues.

I’m not really happy about the service I was provided. After a visit to get my oil changed I was told that my car needed new water pumps (apparently the car was leaking although I haven’t seen any leak) and motor mounts, new 4 tires and get the car realigned. My car is a 2016 with 30,000 miles so I highly doubt I need half of that. On top of that, when I took my car to get the water pumps replaced the paper says: customer says that car is leaking coolant, please check it. Like I said, I never saw a leak so I don’t even know if I needed new water pumps.

I had a 10:30 appointment or is it a zetec zapotec I left at 4:15 my service advisor would not tell me what time I could have my car I am very unhappy I have purchased two cars there in the last 2 years never again I would like a refund on my paint protection that I bought Rimmel would not even tell me when my car would be done I asked him he said he would tell me I stood right there he walked right past me four and a half hours your service department is a joke I couldn't be more dissatisfied I left there with no paperwork saying anything happened to my car so Rimmel needs to stay away from me
