Daniel received the approved information regarding replacing one tire on my new 2019 Kia Sorrento that had tread torn in a section of the tire, but I also had a screw in another tire in an area that was unrepairable. He went the extra mile and got approval to replace that tire as well. MUCH appreciated!! Especially when on Aug 4th when I purchased the vehicle, we picked up a screw in the used car lot and gave it to Martin so no one would drive over it. I had possession of the vehicle for only 5 days when I returned for a resign. Thrilled about lower interest rate rcvd, but that is when the screw in the tire was also discovered. THANK YOU DANIEL!!

I usually go to the Tempe location, but they were backed up. The Scottsdale location was just as wonderful and accommodating as Tempe is. I really appreciate Jon Finney's professionalism, courteousness, attention to detail, and the way he kept me in the loop about how my car was coming along. The overall experience of having my radiator blow and then being pampered by the Scottsdale service team made a bad thing turn into a minor inconvenience. I would strongly recommend this location to friend and colleagues.

The service from Bob was excellent as usual.
What wasn’t a pleasurable experience was that the fact that my wife’s key ring went missing from her car key. This didn’t just fall off it was removed by one of your staff. This key ring has great sentimental value to my wife and she was very upset that someone had the audacity to remove it. Bob searched high and low for it but to no avail. I’m positive that whoever stole it thought that the beaded giraffe key ring was so cool that they wanted it for them self. We are not impressed and it’s a terrible reflection on your dealership. This key ring was purchased in South Africa and it can’t be replaced. My wife and I have been loyal clients of Grapevine Ford for numerous years. Bob is the reason we come back.
This experience however has left a bad taste in our mouth.

Satisfied with Bridget service rep I don't believe they wash the car or vacuum or put dressing on the tires your car wash is a one-star if that besides that Bridget did what she said she would do
