You cannot blame Logan as he didn't even know his name was on my paperwork and we never met until finally picking up the vehicle please blame your whole department starting with john Marino with who I had the appt and dropped my keys to. I bought 4 vehicles from airpark and used to service them there but service and sales got so bad I dread going but I have the free zaktek and oil changes....... after today it's not worth the free

We received a coupon for a $12.95 oil change. No where did it say that the Acadia did NOT qualify for the coupon- it only said the Tahoe, corvette and Silverado. We were assigned to Jesse Lugo and he was immediately rude to my husband when he dropped the car off. My husband spoke to his manager and the manager honored the coupon no questions asked- great! We were quoted 2 hours... 4.5 hours later, our car still wasn’t ready and there was no communication on the status of the car. My husband showed up to the dealer to wait for the car to be finished at 1:30 and Jesse once again was rude and questioned why he was there when he hadn’t contacted him to let him know that the car was ready. VERY disappointed in our overall experience which is sad cause we live right around the corner. We tried giving the service department another try but once again, we were let down. We’ll be going back to another auto shop for our future services/repairs.
