I brought my car in for an oil change an appointment was made with Michael and when I arrived I was told there was no appointment. I was handed off rarmal who said it would only take 45 mins to an hour be done. I never saw him again until he came to tell me my car was done 2 hours later. When I asked what took so long he goes everybody came and once and next time come earlier and it won’t be like this. I restated that I had an appointment and showed the confirmation once again of the appointment
