Jorge was really a wonderful help. He was polite, understanding and excellent at letting me know all aspects of what was happening with my car.I would say you have a great worker in Jorge.

I asked to have 5w/30 to be added when doing the oil change. When oil change was complete, I noticed the sticker and paperwork said 5w/20. I immediately approached Tyler about the situation, and he proceeded to advise thats he instructed the service tech to use 5w/30. So Tyler went to ask service technician which type did they use in my truck. Tyler came back and says the service technician told him he actually used 5w/30. My problem is that I have nothing to reassure me of this. I will say Tyler was very courteous and professional to work with, but not sure how the paperwork got messed up after I advised to use 5w/30 at least 3x's. Tyler did mention that 5w/20 is the only that will print out on the sticker, but the paperwork said 5w/20 as well. It seems to me if the paperwork was written correctly, this problem would have never happened.

John was super helpful. However the mechanic that worked on my Jeep not so much. I requested a 5 tire rotation and thought it was done only to find out when I got home it was not done. I knew because one of the tires had a mark on it I noticed it was in the same position. I had to bring it back the next day to have it corrected.

I appreciate my service manager, John. His willingness to do what he could and communicate what he knew has been acceptable. However - No - I will not be referring a friend. Not only would I not refer a friend but, I will not buy another Chrysler vehicle. Sadly, I believe that I am being forced into the market again. I can not trust that Chrystler will uphold their end of this $35K bargain. I paid cash for this van, which included an over $4K unlimited, one million mile warranty. I also pre-purchased 24 oil changes. I have been sure to make regular maintenance a priority. Please feel free to look at my account. I have been loyal to the Airpark location.
This time, the service department took a month for to repair a cylinder head that has been repaired at least 3 times in the past. In the past, this same repair has taken less than a week. This time, not only did it take 30 days, it cost me nearly $800 rental car fees. It would have cost even more, had I not returned the rental for 8 days in the middle of these 30 days and then re-rent it when I needed it again. That was necessary because the "cylinder head they installed - after 3 weeks - was defective". I could easily buy a new vehicle, have a much lower monthly payment and reliable service for less than $800 a month. I can't help wonder what will happen next time I need service? It doesn't stop there. My van has since been returned to me, however, it is missing the engine cover. No one mentioned this at pick up. Luckily, my husband noticed. I've had to wait 2 more weeks for that come in.
- Is it normal to smell antifreeze coming from the engine, 2 weeks after that type of service? I'm quite concerned that I will have to return for service soon.-
I am troubled will all of this, after being passive over my last brake service at Airpark Dodge. I barely made it home safely when the service department failed to return the caliper bolts to my brakes. The van had to be towed back to the shop. Check with the local service director. When my husband mentioned this, a couple of weeks ago, he said "oh, that was you?" ... ?
I received a TEXT at 6:30AM, today stating the engine cover is in. No invite to bring my van in for installation. Just the impression that I should pick it up & install it myself.
So, NO, I am not going to reccomend that my friends and family visit ANY Chrysler dealership EVER for service or purchase.
