The right hand doesn’t know what left is doing. Communication between departments is non existent. I took my truck in for a clothes hanger to be replaced and zantek coating. I was out of the country so I could not be reached for authorization for payment on the clothes hanger. The seal coating was free but service says they didn’t know about it, the salesman I left my vehicle with says he told them. You had my vehicle for a week and did nothing. Wouldn’t be that big of a deal if I lived nearby. I live 500 miles away. I drove the truck instead of my Toyota, which is far more economical, so I could get the work done. This is an ongoing issue for this dealership.

Debbie is by far the best thing about reliable Chevrolet! Debbie was friendly, helpful, and has phenomenal customer service. Although it’s never a fun time having to spend money on repairs, she made the entire process smooth and pleasant. I cannot say enough great things about Debbie. We have had a couple negative experiences with reliable, but the interaction with Debbie more than made up for it. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a Zaktek treatment and when I picked up my car it was totally covered in tree sap! It should have been shining and smooth to the touch, but it was neither. BIG disappointment!!!
