Ma'am or Sir, I brought my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for Zaktek. Although I was told to show up at 0800 and the tech does not start work til 0900; which was not the service advisor's, Ms. Sheila, fault. She made it a point to let me know I was early for my appt and she was sorry for the inconvenience. Again, this was not her fault at all. Ms. Sheila was amazing. I have been to Airpark a few other times and she is by far the best service advisor I have dealt with. Very professional, polite and had great communication skills. I will ask to deal with her all the time. Hope she stays with Airpark for a long time. She was very genuine and made you feel like she cared about you and your time. I would recommend people to deal with Ms. Sheila when they need service! Thank you.
