Wiper work resulted in wipers not fully retracting. Third is the second time I have been in for this problem and neither time has been satisfactory. All other service was fine

Jorge said the Service would take 1 and half hours and it took longer, which is ridiculous since I had an appointment and it was for an oil change and tire rotation. I inquired Jorge and he said that they just completed the work. I left with the keys to read the service and it needed an air cabin filter and I questioned him again and he said that was for next time? Doesn’t quite make sense, if it needs it, it needs it. I would have preferred to get it done at this visit than next. I went to the Jeep which was not close and had to walk quite a distance to find plastic on my seat and still the protective mat on my floor mat. I appreciate that the mats and seat were covered, but why did I have to remove them? I walked back to Jorge and said those were left in the Jeep. No apology for the work being performed late and no apology for the covers left in the vehicle. I drove over an hour for this service considering I’ve had good luck in the past, but will think twice next time considering their are other Jeep service facilities that are closer to me.
