While I was satisfied with my Advisor Bob & the work that was done, the same cannot be said for your transportation services. My ride home with a Lyft driver was great. Being picked up to be brought back to the dealer did not go well. My Advisor signed me up at 2:10 (12/3). No one came! I called around 3:00. No one came. I called my Bob at 4:00 to tell him. I needed a lift ASAP as I had an engagement to be at at 5:30. He said he would look into the issue. A few minutes after we spoke I called him back as I had obtained my own ride.
In the future I'll use your drop off service, but I can't rely on the pick up service.
