Eric Adamson provided excellent customer service. He answered all my questions and concerns that were associated with my policy. Mr. Adamson ensured me whatever car problems occurring Nissan's mechanics will have me back on the road in know time. He showed me price and payment plan options so I wouldn't feel overwhelmed. Mr. Adamson called when my car repairs were finish and greeted me when I arrived. Paying the final balance was fast and simple without alot of papers to sign. I would definitely choose Nissan dealer locate inside Cerritos Auto Square if my vehicle ever had issues again.

Jacob is just fantastic. I couldn’t ask more of him. My only issue is with the Service Tech who serviced my vehicle on my October maintenance service. Because he failed to tighten the oil filter properly, My vehicle developed a serious oil leak which resulted in a oil stain on my garage floor, not to mention the fact that my car was running with inadequate oil.

The receptionist was super rude when I called And asked for an update. She laughed because I misUnderstood her question. Also I made An appt at 6 am with the intention of my car being finished early. Mind you it was only there for routine maintenance (oil change)
