The service department lost the keys for my 2018 for four days. They were eventually returned when they were found in another customers car. They cut me a new key, but turns out it was only a valet key, so I couldn’t operate my radio. I was told to contact the customer service manager and I did, but still have not received a call back. Not only will I never take my Silverado to midway Chevrolet for service, but I’ll advise all of my friends and family against it as well.

Did not even attempt to fix USB radio. Rear tires mis clocked so cannot air up inside tires. I had to remove and fix. Def fluid low light on less than 1000 miles later so was not filled at service like it was supposed to be.

Sheila is great and always has been, but who ever is law does the service on your vehicles does not handle with care or pay attention. Your service guys bent and broke the antenna on my phone booster, said they washed the vehicle but brought it up filthy, said they checked everything on my list but the four wheel drive but didn’t, so pretty much all they did was drive the truck and wash it off... so needless to say there will be phone calls made to remedy these issues.
