Very good experience! The ford team members were able to get me in for a service the next day after I called. I was instantly greeted and directed to my service advisor. With a speedy run through of what was going to be done to my car I was left with a short wait. Great experience and very convenient and fast! Love the ford dealership in grapevine!

we ordered tires and I was quite clear that I wanted all terrain but when we got there they had straight tread tires. we had to wait in Springfield and come back in two hours to get the correct tires. I requested the white lettering be put out bit it is the black side out.

The car needs to perform to the outmost. However, the worker don't have th right to demand and/or force a customer to use a
Synthetic Oil nor purchase the 30,000 miles
He has a Poor listening skill (talkative).
Social media does offer a lot of beneficial information and insights of almost everything that we need to know.
Our society still have problems with women. They think they can just push us around because we don't know about cars or etc...At the end of the day it's my car.

I wrote service for 25 years. So i understand how these survey's affect the adviser more than anyone else. While I am very happy with how Robert has Gone above and beyond. I have to say the quality of work is questionable. Had to bring the car back in for the check engine light and stalling twice and wiper squirts are still not working properly. This will be the 4th time for them.
