Eric welcomed... took notes on what I needed to have done on my car...kept updating me on the progress...

My check engine came on in my car so l brought it to get it checked. I was waiting for results and around 4:50 l was told that it needed a battery but there was wiring problem and l had to leave my car and will be worked on friday. At 4;55 l noticed the ladies leaving rental office. I was told that service was closed and l asked what l suppose to do since the next day was a holiday. I was given a ride next door to Nissan enterprise. The person was about to close down car rental and asked who sent me to them. He tried to call midway but didnt get anyone to answer. I just told them l needed a rental and I would pay myself. I was told that l should never had been just dropped off as a customer of midway. I felt like a stray animal dropped off and worrying about how to get a car. I was just offered $25 off my total bill at midway. Since midway had a rental the charged couldve been taken care of. Midway rental closed 5 minutes early and l never knew my car had to be left there. It was a very long wait for a battery installation and finally told that it was also a wiring problem but person who can fix this will be back on friday. All these were an inconvenience for me to go through these things on a holiday plus l have a son who had surgery at mayo clinic which required my presence. So l feel l couldve better assistance from midway where l also purchased my car new in 2016.
