When I purchased the Malibu there was a baseball size area that was mis-colored. I was told no problem we can fix it with the clear coat. Fast forward to getting it redone 6 months later....and it’s still there. The service advisor assured me he would take care of it. And there is a gross dusty film on the car and white/pink waxy string. Every time I come to you guys some crap either happens to my car like it getting hit or it has 1000 different warranty issues or something is half put back together like my radio and now the exterior of the car. I was even nice and detailed it before bringing it in.. I upgraded from a sonic to a 19 Malibu and service is still ****. Maybe it’s time to get a Toyota. Pretty sure you’re done getting my money. Then the have the nerve to make me feel pressured to pay $120 for an alignment. Freaking please.
