Well that’s pretty much the only number you offered. I would have given a 8.5-9 the guy didn’t call me to let me know my car had to stay there over night and I had to call to find out even after I responded to your no response text messages. So that’s why I give less then a 10. Just fix your communication. If you want to use sms text- respond and or call people to let them know what the deal is and not just go home for the day. Thank you!

I waited an a long tume for a service advisor to greet me when I dropped off my vehicle for service. There were muliple advisors in their offices but none seemed interested in the customers outside. Very frustrating. My advisor was the only one who eventually cared and helped 2 customers. Hugo was very nice. Another frustration was when I texted for a lyft to come get me when my car was done. I didnt not get a response back. I ended up having to areange another ride. I tried calling to speak to my advisor multiple times and nobody answered the line. Customer service has really gone downhill at Midway.
