Thank you to Sean and Bob and others at the service department at reliable in Springfield mo. I own a new Silverado and there is nothing more frustrating than having an issue preventing you from enjoying your new vehicle. My truck is driving good again and I hope I made a good decision buying a Chevy for the first time in my life. The service department had my truck twice and found the problem. They fixed it in impressive time and made me feel important. Bob called and tried to help me through my first experience and Sean insured I was taking care of on my second experience. I’m sorry I don’t have the mechanics name but he kicked **** also. Thank you all and I will see you again in the future.
