Brought my wife's car in because it would not start, and we had a recall sent to us from GM but it took 4 weeks and $1800 for your team to find out what was wrong with it. Then after my wife finally got her car back it died while she was driving due to your team not fastening done her fuse box which caused the box to fall after hitting a pot hole. After further inspection I found wires to the computer components that where replaced by your team where stripped of their insulation protection while they checked the wires and never put back on. Not to mention they broke the lock to the glove box while they looked for my wife's defenestration and we had to bring it back for them to fix it. Not to mention that while they were looking for the reason that her car would not start(4 weeks) I told them that a cracking sound was coming from my wife's instrument cluster that could be an electrical short and was even making the crackling sound while the car was off and over long period of time could have drained the battery that was under warranty through O'Reilys less than 9 months old and could have shorted out the computer components that your team replaced. When I brought the car back I was never allowed to speak to the service manager even though it was requested 3 times. I feel that I was dealing with very unprofessional people you didn't listen to my concerns about my wife's car and did not do a professional job while replacing the parts that I paid $1,800. I was pronised a call back from the service manager 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything yet. I will be telling anyone I can through every social media to warn them of the shady practices the Your service showed while my wife was in need. By the way your team never fixed the open recall either.

I had my first oil change appointment scheduled at 10am. I got checked in and shown to the waiting area, I waited for 2 hours until finally I caught the gentleman that was working with Jorge and asked for an update on my vehicle he said he would go check and he comes back saying they are just now pulling in my vehicle to get the oil change done. I was very upset but I did not complain to him. It was very frustrating to know I had am appointment scheduled and it took 2 and a half hours for a service he told me would take 30-45 min. As working in the automotive industry myself, right down the street, it was very frustrating, maybe the drive to San Tan for an oil change would've been worth it.

I made an appointment at 3 o'clock I did not get out of there until 530 it took 2 and a 1/2 hours to do an oil change and a tire rotation I think that's a little long nobody came to me And gave me an update on the situation so no I was not satisfied with a simple oil change and tire rotation
