This was my first time going to this location I usually go to the Oxnard dealership. Carlos informed me that all Nissan are not the same. I did not know that I thought it was a chain company. I was also surprised that my car was not clean after service. Usually when I go to Oxnard Nissan they do a complementary cleaning.
