Your phone system and routing of calls is a disaster - getting to the person I needed in the service department took many calls, lots of waiting and several transfers.
The service I ultimately received was fine, but the hassle of making an appointment and then following up on the status of the repairs was a pain in the neck because of your phone system and the availability of people to answer the phone. Go next door and see how Honda does it. I've never had a problem there (and I've been there several times over the past few months for various vehicles), you get quickly to the person you need every time you call.
