My prescription glasses are missing from my car. They are purple with little diamond specs on them. They were in the canter dash panel near the gear shift. I need them to see/work

I came in for routine maintenance but also because the sun had melted my rear view mirror off the windshield. When I arrived, Tyler helped me out and got me everything I needed. He also communicated clearly with me throughout the whole process, which eased a lot of stress I had when initially dropping off my truck. I haven’t always had great experiences in service, but Tyler’s customer service reminded me why I shop Ford and why I will continue to buy Ford’s. Grapevine Ford is lucky to have an ASM like Tyler Jacques, and I will definitely be coming back to service my f-150 with him again.

My check engine light came on when I was out driving around. I drove to Reliable, where I purchased my car, and ask if they could fix it today. Sean was very nice and got me in right away. He kept me updated on the progress of my car and it was fixed in a couple of hours. It was a great experience.

Jorge was very friendly to talk to, but I had one of the most frustrating experiences with this Jeep location. Never in my life has a business treated me so poorly and been to difficult to contact. After having my vehicle for 2 full days with no response, I was messaging and leaving voicemails BEGGING for information about the simple diagnosis of my car. I left voicemails with multiple people, including a manager. One week later I’m still waiting for a response. To top it off, when I picked up my car after the final diagnosis and solution to the problem after my horrible experience, I was bribed and told that I would get a free detail if I gave high ratings. I’ve never heard of such a shocking bribe by a majority cooperation in my life. Neither have the friends and family I’ve discussed the issue with. Truly shocking.
